We are a not for profit company, so anything you can give extra will go directly towards more participatory work for families and more paid work for artists.

Who is is for?

This show in a box is recommended for children aged 5 – 10 and their families.

It is not recommended for children under 4 as the box contains sharp objects (scissors and a pencil sharpener).

With original art-work, sound design and music, The Seashell Stew brings a little bit of theatre magic into your home this winter. Snuggled inside a ‘show box’, you will find everything you need to create your own festive family show experience, from pencils and puppets to your very own storyteller.

WHAT FAMILIES THOUGHT

Family Unwrapping

It was a fun, interactive, quirky and thought provoking way of engaging with the arts remotely during Covid.

Family

It is a really lovely programme, it helped us reconnect with each other and listen to each other and work together towards a common goal. I think it also helped us adults to slow down a bit and for the children to experience the value in helping others-it works to make everyone feel happier, not just the person who receives!

Child Model

I like to try and weave a bit of magic into my daughter’s world. She was fully engaged from the start and the experience was both exciting and thought provoking."
